Processing

The Mobil Grain processing plant is unique because it provides much higher processing capacity than a conventional stationary plant yet is designed to knockdown and relocate anywhere with relative ease. The heart of the system is four high quality European Super Cleaners that provide a quality-processing job with a throughput of up to 90 tonnes per hour. This product is then gently handled directly with low angle belt conveyors through the bulkweigher and into the hopper car with no further handling. This eliminates the degrading and damage that often occurs in conventional systems from moving product to and from storage bins.
