• "Enroute Processing" begins, an industry first!

  Mobil Grain has developed an innovative approach to reducing freight costs by "Enroute Processing". Producers can now load their own hopper cars with pulse crops at their local sidings anywhere in SW Saskatchewan served by the Great Western Railway and have the processing done enroute to the CP interchange at Assiniboia. This reduces inbound freight cost to producers by $5 to $25 per tonne and improves processing efficiencies.

• Mobil Grain moves to Meyronne, SK

  The Mobil Grain Transportable Terminal has been relocated to Meyronne, 40 miles west of Assiniboia. This location features a 95 car spot on 3 tracks and is serviced by the Great Western Railway.
